Reports to: Online TV Producer/Editor Manages: None Responsibilities: 1.    Produce daily news/ feature/ investigative report 2.    Ensure all production are stored in safe place such as server 3.    Follow the editors and TV manager’s assignment when require to cover an event in the province 4.    Other duties as required Position Criteria: •    Bachelor degree in journalism or related field •    At least last 2 year’s successful working experience in the position of Camera Operator •    Successful experience in shooting breaking news, in-depth reports and interviews •    Proficient English speaker, and capable of listening, writing and reading in English  •    Good interpersonal and written communications skills  •    Good computer literacy across MS Office programs, Internet research, typing Khmer Unicode  •    Capable of using social media networks, internet and email  •    Experience in using Video Editing (Adobe Premiere, Eduis)  •    Wider understanding of social issues •    Capable of creative, critical thinking and speaking •    Able to travel to the provinces when required  •    A passionate and energetic team member with a genuine interest in working to develop independent and professional media, promote human rights and democratic governance The Camera Operator/Video Editor must be a dedicated team member with a passion for press freedom issues in Cambodia and with a demonstrable understanding of the goals of CCIM and VOD.  APPLICATION PROCESS  CCIM promotes equal employment opportunities and welcomes applications from women and minority groups.  A competitive salary in line with the not-for-profit sector and your experience plus employment benefits.
