S/He is responsible to install data into the system, maintenance, research and share important information to other departments. The Cambodian Center for Independent Media (CCIM) works to promote press freedom, access to information and freedom of expression through production and dissemination of independent media and implementation of community projects. CCIM is the legal entity behind the VOD, Cambodia’s only independent, Khmer-language news network, with a multimedia platform that spans radio, website, online TV, social media, IVR and more.  CCIM is currently seeking to recruit an individual or company with expertise in web design and development to redesign and recode the VOD Hot News website (www.vodhotnews.com). VOD Hot News is one of Cambodia’s leading Khmer-language news websites, offering real-time breaking news updates. The website has seen a drastic increase in readership over the last 12 months, and a new design should aim to achieve the following goals: •    Maintain steady growth of the VOD audience •    Drive traffic to VOD’s new Online TV platform •    Facilitate easy and quick access to real-time breaking news •    Reflect the professionalism of the VOD news team •    Provide attractive spaces for potential advertisers Interested candidates should submit the following documents: •    Curriculum Vitae  •    Contacts of references from past clients •    At least two samples of recent work (URL links preferable) •     A proposal (maximum 2 pages) including: (1) Proposed design solutions for the VOD Hot News website, (2) An estimated project schedule including proposed date of completion, and (3) A fee schedule or project budget.
